As of December 7 you cannot light up in Ohio. The ban is so restrictive that we might as well not supplement the state coffers with our tax dollars on smokes!
So smoke em if you got em before they start enforcing this silly law.

OMG...now this is a sore subject for me. I know those that don't smoke think this is ok. Sure it was voted on but I still feel it is bullshit. I am an American I have rights too...just because you don't smoke what makes you any better than I am. If you don't like going into places where people are smoking then simply don't go in. But why should I have to give up my right to smoke to freaking make you happy. Owners of a business should have the right to decide what rules they establish for their business..not the government telling them how to run their business. Alot of men and women have fought and/or died to make this a free country. So much for their sacrifice. Bye Bye...free America.
